Purpose of the job

- They carries out type, validation, or investigation tests, and preparing reports
- They defines and implements the most appropriate testing methodology and means of testing
- They develops test operating modes and analyses test results
- They prepare/secure test installations and pre requisites

Accountable for:

- Defining the most appropriate test methodology, testing means and developing the test operating mode in accordance with the costs time and pass-fail criterion set for the test.
- Depending on the test environment, they prepare instrumentation and setups (HW, SW) for the test

Responsible for:

- Preparing the execution and necessary setup of the tests thy are responsible for
- Participating in the design and the development of the tools necessary for performing the tests
- Implementing,



verifying (functional), and ensuring compliance (calibration) of the measuring equipment to be ready at the time of the test
- Preparing the equipment for testing. Validating that the applied configuration and prerequisite testing allows the testing to proceed
- Respecting EHS rules notably implementing LockOut-TagOut instruction
- Supervising and/or executing test activities, analyzing test results “live” and deciding if test must be redone or not
- Test results data analysis, writing static and dynamic test reports and opening test problem reports
- Preparing and supporting the configuration readiness for the functional test means when applicable
