We are looking for a dynamic and professional Chef de Rang to join our dining team. Working under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager, you will ensure attentive and personalized service for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Station Management: Full responsibility for your assigned section, ensuring a smooth and high-quality dining experience.
- Management Support: Actively collaborating with the Restaurant Manager to uphold Curio Collection excellence standards.
- Mise en Place: Meticulous care for table settings and cleanliness of the assigned station.
Requirements:
- Languages: English is mandatory. Proficiency in a second foreign language is a preferred qualification.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within 5-star hotels or gourmet restaurants.
- Attitude: Excellent interpersonal skills, professional grooming,
and a strong team-player mindset.
