The HR scope covers approximately 93 employees across a multi-site organization located around Milan, with three close operational sites: As part of our continued development, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager who will contribute to supporting our teams and strengthening our people strategy.
Reporting to the management team, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle and act as a trusted HR partner for managers and employees. This is a broad and hands-on HR position combining operational responsibilities with strategic support. You will manage HR administration, payroll, recruitment, training and employee relations while helping foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
