As the Director,
HRBP for Technology and Product, you will be the strategic architect behind the talent that builds our AI-first future. You’ll serve as a high-impact advisor to our CTO and SVP of Product, ensuring our global engineering and product teams are designed for hyper-growth and peak performance. By leading our EMEA HRBP team and navigating complex European labor landscapes, you will turn organizational design into a competitive advantage and help define what it means to work at the forefront of learning innovation.
Serve as the primary strategic HR lead for the CTO and SVP of Product, aligning global technology goals with high-impact people strategies.
Empower EMEA Excellence: Lead and mentor the EMEA HRBP team, providing critical regional oversight for our product and technology hubs in Italy and beyond.
