We’re Hiring: Technical Sales Support Location: Albettone (VI), Italy Industry: Acoustic and Vibration Isolation – Construction | Industrial | Railway Experience: Previous experience in technical support is preferred Education: Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Languages: Fluent English (B2/C1) – required Isolgomma is looking for a Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team! With over 50 years of experience and international recognition in acoustic insulation and vibration control, we are looking for someone who is passionate about innovation, sustainability, and teamwork.

Your role

- Provide technical support to agents, customers, and distributors in Italy and abroad.
- Work closely with the Marketing Department, contributing technical expertise to content creation, new product launches, and the development of promotional materials.
- Develop technical documentation, solutions, and product certifications.
- Organise and deliver training events.
- Visit construction sites and design firms to provide on-site technical assistance. What we’re looking for:




- Solid knowledge of the basic principles of acoustics.
- Ability to work independently and willingness to travel autonomously, both nationally and internationally.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A problem-solving mindset and practical approach.
- Excellent command of the MS Office suite and graphic design/CAD software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
