- Plan and coordinatedaily, weekly and monthly production schedules
- Align production planning withsales forecasts, demand and inventory levels
- Coordinate production capacity acrossroasting, grinding, capsule filling and packaging lines
- Monitorproduction performance, bottlenecks and line utilization
- Ensureraw material availability and smooth production flow
- Work closely withproduction, procurement,
logistics and quality teams
- Continuously improveproduction planning processes and efficiencyYour Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning in the coffee industry
- Experience withcoffee roasting, coffee capsule production or coffee packaging operations
- Strong understanding ofindustrial coffee manufacturing processes
- Experience working withERP or production planning systems
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Ability to coordinatecomplex multi-line production environmentsIndustry experience in companies such asIlly, Nestlé / Nespresso, JDE Peet’s, Vergnano or similar coffee manufacturing environments is considered a strong advantage. xysqume What We Offer
