Your Role & Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Develop,
lead and motivate our Technology M&A; team in Italy Foster professional growth by promoting a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability Business Development & Market Presence Lead business development activities in the Italian market, from opportunity origination to deal closure Build and strengthen long-term relationships with Private Equity firms, corporates, and entrepreneurs Contribute to positioning the team as a reference point in the Technology M&A; market Project & Client Management Take end-to-end responsibility for project management, including planning, delivery, team coordination, and quality assurance Work closely with key stakeholders, including C-level clients, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions Ensure delivery excellence across all phases of the transaction Collaboration & Growth Actively collaborate with the global team to further strengthen the firm's presence and footprint in the Italian market
