Serve as the overall account lead and single point of contact for large named accounts Build growth opportunities through the account planning process and conduct scheduled reviews and updates Work extensively with external partners to deliver solution sales Spend significant time directly with customers, including management-level stakeholders Develop business plans jointly with customers Apply consultative-selling techniques to advance profitable revenue opportunities Maintain customer loyalty, trust, and integrity Achieve and manage quarterly, half-yearly, and annual quota and/or margin targets Enter opportunities into the pipeline tool and update them weekly Recommend and implement industry-leading pipeline management practices Implement margin recovery activities and strategies Interface with international accounts in collaboration with global and local teams Identify customer requirements, match them to company capabilities,



and select the appropriate supply chain Requirements University or Bachelor's degree Typically 8–12 years of relevant experience Industry experience required Experience with computers, printers, servers, or storage Detailed knowledge of key customer types or products Advanced subject matter expertise in sales and account management Leadership and cross-functional expertise Good time management skills Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external partners Customer relationship building at management and executive levels Advanced sales negotiation and deal-closing skills Expertise managing end-to-end sales processes in large deals Knowledge of the client's industry and relevant trends Knowledge of the company's breadth of solutions Ability to translate customer business issues into company solutions Ability to prioritize and drive strategic sales activity for complex solutions Competitive selling skills Ability to sell across platforms and specialties Core Competencies Demonstrates advanced expertise in sales and account management, w
