The International Sales Representative role at WIN SOURCE is designed for sales professionals who want to build a long-term career in global B2B business development and electronic component supply chain solutions.
In this role, you will focus on customer development, RFQ and quotation support,
opportunity follow-up and customer communication, while helping customers address component availability, lead-time pressure, lifecycle transitions and other supply chain challenges. This position goes beyond selling products; it helps you learn how to understand customer procurement and supply chain needs, and create value through WIN SOURCE’s global sourcing and supply capabilities.
Working closely with WIN SOURCE’s sales, sourcing, logistics and quality teams, you will gradually build practical experience in international customer development, electronic component markets and supply continuity solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers across assigned markets.
