This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive based in Italy.
This is a high-impact, full-cycle sales role focused on winning new mid-market customers and expanding the company’s presence across key segments.
You’ll own the sales journey from prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, negotiation, and close.
The role combines inbound opportunities with proactive, self-sourced pipeline generation, giving you significant ownership of your results.
You’ll engage with business leaders to understand their challenges and translate those needs into relevant technology solutions.
Working closely with SDRs, Customer Success, and technical teams, you’ll help create a seamless customer experience from first conversation through handoff.
The position is well suited to a commercially driven SaaS seller who enjoys consultative selling, measurable goals, and a fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities
- Build, develop, and manage a healthy sales pipeline through a combination of self-sourced prospecting and SDR-supported opportunities.
- Own the full sales cycle for mid-market new business opportunities, from initial outreach and discovery through demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
- Manage deals typically valued at less than $50,000 in annual contract value, with a focus on efficient sales cycles and new customer acquisition.
- Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify business challenges, priorities, and goals, then align relevant solutions to customer needs.
- Maintain a consistent volume of cold and warm outreach to generate qualified opportunities and strengthen the top of the funnel.
