For a leading client company in the insurance sector, we are selecting a:
Customer Service Credit Specialist
The resource will manage payment-related activities for all our clients, specifically:
What will you be responsible for?
- Monitoring payment flows
- Managing bank account changes and SEPA mandates
- Carrying out credit recovery activities (cash collection)
- Issuing credit notes
- In compliance with internal policies, managing credit limit overruns and executing customer blocks
- Economic-financial evaluation of medium and large prospects
- Monitoring the deterioration of customer ratings
- Maintenance/updating of economic and financial data
- Monitoring the anti-fraud process
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous customer service experience in a commercial services company (at least 2 years)
- Familiarity with payment monitoring and credit recovery
- Familiarity with MS Office and MS Dynamics
- Good knowledge of the English language (B1 level)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Proactivity and great attention to detail
- Teamwork aptitude
Work schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with 1 day of smart working per week.
Contractual Offer:
- Permanent contract directly with the company
- Reference CCNL: COMMERCIO, 4th level
- Remuneration and benefits: Gross annual salary around €30K + €12 meal ticket + welfare + quarterly bonus upon reaching objectives
- 8 days of lavoro da remoto/month
