- **The Role**_ To support our international growth, we are seeking a proactive, accurate, and customer-oriented **Customer Service Specialist**, at Junior to Mid-level, to join our facility in Galliate, in the province of Novara. This role represents a key connection point between international customers, the Sales team, Operations, Logistics, Administration, and external suppliers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in an international B2B environment, gaining broad exposure to sales operations, customer service, order management, logistics, and supply-chain coordination.
- **Your Responsibilities**_
- Prepare accurate commercial quotations by analysing product specifications, requested volumes, pricing structures, delivery requirements, and deadlines.
- Enter, process, and manage customer orders within the company ERP system.
- Monitor the full order lifecycle, tracking key milestones and ensuring timely delivery.
- Act as a primary point of contact for international B2B customers, providing regular updates and professional support.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, Administration, Procurement, and other internal departments.
- Liaise directly with suppliers and external partners to support procurement and delivery activities.
- Identify potential delays, discrepancies, or operational issues and proactively coordinate corrective actions.
- Prepare, verify, organise, and manage commercial,
administrative, and shipping documentation related to international orders.
- Ensure that customer data, pricing information, order details, and delivery instructions are complete and accurate.
- Use Microsoft Excel and internal reporting tools to track orders, deadlines, pricing, and operational data.
- Support the continuous improvement of customer service and order-management processes.
- **Your Profile**_
- Previous experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Sales Administration, Order Management, Commercial Back Office, Export Customer Service, or a similar position.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, at a minimum B2/C1 level.
- Knowledge of French, Spanish, or German is considered a strong advantage.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems; experience with SAP is highly preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and order tracking.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities in a structured and efficient manner.
- Proactive, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with international customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- International mindset and interest in working within a global and technologically advanced organisation. **Annual gross salary range: €25,000 - €30,000**, depending on actual experience, skills, and seniority.
