Within the Operations Area, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our site in Cascina Costa (VA), Italy.Perform, with support of all other relevant stakeholders,



cost deployment data analysis in order to scout for possible initiatives; carrying out advanced data collection and analysis where necessary to support specific ones* Support all production plants in expediting the identified initiatives, and generating new ones in order to match the assigned targets* Support all production plants in order to collect all ongoing initiatives, evaluate economic impacts and timely distribution; track adherence to plans and initiatives status at higher level; identify, risks and escalate where necessary* Track economic results of identified initiatives and impacts on plant performances with the help of relevant stakeholders (work analysis, specific project responsible) for the final validation to be performed* Promote Plant by Plant Continuous Improvement project roadmap over the year* Conduct problem solving sessions, determining problem metrics, troubleshooting root causes
