Assist customers, sales teams & distributors (availability, order status,
deliveries)? Handle inquiries & ensure timely follow-up? Prepare sales reports upon request? YOUR PROFILE:✔ Previous experience in customer service or a recent graduate in the field✔ Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)✔ Ability to multitask & prioritize✔ Detail-oriented & responsive✔ Excellent communication & phone skills✔ Fluent Italy?
