and parameterizationIdentifyroot causesusing wiring diagrams and technical documentationSupport bothindividual cases and wider technical issues across fleetsCreate cleartechnical reports and case updatesCoach technicians and providehands-on guidanceFeed recurring issues into continuous improvementWhat you bring:Strong experience inautomotive diagnostics / technical support / workshop or field serviceProven ability to fixcomplex electrical/electronic faultsHands-on use ofOEM diagnostic toolsConfidence readingwiring diagrams and technical documentationExperience working with workshops, engineering, or technical teamsAbility to support xysqume and guide techniciansPreferred : experience in field-based or multi-site support, multi-brand exposure with an OEM/importer technical support backgroundTechnical knowledgeModern vehicle systems:powertrain, ADAS, body electronicsNetworks:CAN / LIN / FlexRayDiagnostic methods:root cause analysis, guided diagnostics, flashingLanguageWorking proficiency in English required (written and spoken)Additional European languages are a plusAdditional information:CCNL Applicabile: Contratto del Commercio Terziario e Distribuzione Servizi, Livello 2RAL 36 EUR
