As a Purchasing Manager , you’re not just overseeing the purchasing process – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Oversee procurement operations: Manage purchasing and inventory of general merchandise to ensure adequate stock levels
Collaborate with the Chef and hotel management to align purchases with hotel needs and specifications
Secure competitive pricing, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods
Ensure quality control: Review shipments to confirm products meet order specifications, grade, and quality standards
Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities,



and recognize achievements to build a motivated and high-performing team
