Your missions?- Lead and coordinate multi-market rollouts, ensuring alignment across different regions.- Manage project planning, dependencies, costs, quality and risks throughout the project lifecycle.- Facilitate clear communication and alignment among stakeholders.- Proactively identify and resolve project issues and risks.- Oversee testing, cutover, go-live and handover activities.- Use Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI for project tracking and reporting.- Ensure alignment with supply chain processes and best practices.- Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.✍️ Your profile?- Degree in Business, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.- At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in international or supply chain projects.- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.- Fluent in Italian and English.- Strong planning, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic international environment.Nice to have:- Previous experience in Supply Chain projects and/or managing large-scale budgets would be a plus.Nice to haveExperience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.PMP, PRINCE2,
Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.? Work modelHybrid position: 1 day per week from one of our offices in Milan, Turin, Rome or Bologna.? Compensation & Pay Transparency- Permanent contract: Gross Annual Salary in the range of EUR 30,000 – EUR 50,000, depending on seniority, experience and skills.- Freelance contract: Daily rate in the range of EUR 250–300/day, depending on experience and expertise.- Applicable CCNL:
