Our client, a leading organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the logistics and operations department supporting warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Richland & Pasco, WA

Pay Rate: $20
- Perform order picking, material handling, and inventory put-away activities
- Operate sit-down forklift equipment while maintaining safety and operational standards
- Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming materials
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times
- Assist with truck loading and unloading as needed

What's Needed?
- 3-6 months recent sit-down forklift experience




- Background in warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge
- Forklift operator experience is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to safety
