A leading international private equity firm is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join its Milan office, supporting senior members of the Investment team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing PA with experience in financial or professional services to join a fast-paced, collaborative and international environment.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to senior Investment professionals, including:
Extensive diary management across multiple time zones
Coordinating complex international travel, including flights, rail, hotels, cars and detailed itineraries
Organising internal and external meetings,
venues and catering
Preparing and managing monthly expenses using Concur
Managing calls, messages, post and email, identifying and prioritising urgent matters
Providing PA cover and detailed handovers when required
Supporting the wider team during busy periods and deal activity The skills you’ll need to bring:
PA/EA xkiyazw experience ideally in financial/professional services
Fluency in English and Italian
Excellent organisational and time management skills A proactive and solutions-focused approach
Advanced MS Office
Energy and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage competing priorities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
