Adecco Italia Spa is looking for a Project Trade Compliance Analyst to be placed in Milan for a multinational leader in the plant engineering sector. Within the project organization, the resource will have to ensure the compliance of project activities involving export, re-export, import, transfer and intermediation of goods, software and technologies with the applicable laws and regulations on Trade Compliance. Responsibilities:

- Identify risks and vulnerabilities related to project activities in relation to export, re-export, import, transfer and intermediation of goods, software and technologies




- Screen products to identify those requiring export/import authorizations
- Coordinate the project functions involved (e.g. procurement, logistics, engineering, contract management, project control, project management, finance) in relation to Project Trade Compliance issues
- Prepare authorization requests
- Ensure correct and efficient archiving of Trade Compliance documentation

We offer a maternity leave replacement contract in administration.
