HVAC Equipment Application Engineer - Roma/Milano
The Equipment Application Engineer is responsible for selecting and sizing units based on the specific requirements of each application and providing technical support throughout all project phases, from early design through installation.
Provide technical guidance and consultancy to Sales Engineers and customers on equipment and hydronic systems.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for Trane equipment and auxiliary equipment.
Propose innovative technical solutions, including basic schematics and control logic for advanced chilled and hot water plants.




Provide guidance and training to the sales network on software and products.
Prepare and deliver technical product presentations.
Conduct webinars and live seminars for customers.
Update CRM records accurately and regularly.
Cooperate with internal teams such as Sales and Customer Care, as well as external stakeholders including designers, end users, and contractors.
Degree in Engineering, preferably in Thermodynamics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
Good knowledge of the fundamental concepts of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
Good sales and customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different groups, including customers and clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Languages: Italian and fluent English.
