Their responsibilities span the mid-to-late stages of project execution, centering on ensuring that systems are installed in accordance with design specifications and undergo systematic testing to achieve optimal performance and safety standards . /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliParticipate in the commissioning, project delivery, and acceptance of large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. /liliPerform commissioning, troubleshooting, and defect resolution for battery containers/cabinets, including:Fire Suppression System (FSS),Liquid Cooling System (HVAC/TMS),DC Circuits (up to 1500V DC),Auxiliary AC Circuits (220V/400V AC),BMS Communication Systems /liliAssist with the commissioning of PCS (Power Conversion System) and EMS (Energy Management System), with a basic understanding of their operating principles. /liliSupport on-site issue analysis, fault diagnosis, corrective actions, and issue closure together with the project team. /liliParticipate in Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), grid connection testing, and project acceptance activities. /liliSupport customer training on system operation, maintenance, and product usage. /liliTrack commissioning issues through to closure and ensure projects are delivered according to schedule.
/liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams (RD, Quality, After-Sales Service, Project Management, etc.) to resolve site issues efficiently. /liliComply with EHS (Environment, Health Safety) requirements and ensure safe execution of all commissioning activities. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbQualifications /b /pulliBachelor's degree or above. /liliPreferred majors include Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy Technology, or related disciplines. /lili1-3 years of experience in electrical equipment commissioning, energy projects, or related industries. /liliFamiliarity with one or more of the following areas:Basic knowledge of primary and secondary electrical systems; /liliEnergy storage systems, photovoltaic (PV) systems, and power systems; /liliBasic principles of BMS, PCS, and EMS; /liliIndustrial communication protocols such as CAN and Modbus RTU/TCP;Communication networks and fieldbus technologies. /liliAbility to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and communication topology drawings. /liliKnowledge of BESS grid-connection processes, substation equipment, and power plant delivery procedures is preferred. /liliProficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office software. /liliStrong analytical, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. /liliFluent in English for daily work and on-site communication; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is required. /liliWillingness to travel extensively and undertake long-term assignments at project sites ovberseas. /b /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbPreferred Qualifications /b /pulliExperience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), photovoltaic (PV), or wind power projects. /liliLow-voltage and/or high-voltage electrical certification, or equivalent electrical qualifications. /liliExperience working on international projects or in a multicultural environment. /li /ul
