Join us. /b /ppbr/ppWe are looking for a passionate and curious bRD Intern /b to join our Research Development team in Monza. /ppThis internship represents an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate interested in cosmetic and medical device formulation, product innovation, and consumer healthcare.



The selected candidate will support the development of new cosmetic and medical device products from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain. /ppbr/ppbKey activities /b /pulliSupport the formulation and development of cosmetic products, from laboratory prototypes to industrial scale-up. /liliConduct laboratory trials, stability assessments, and compatibility tests with packaging materials. /liliManage laboratory raw materials inventory, including stock monitoring, ordering support, and storage organization. /liliSupport the maintenance, calibration, and routine verification of laboratory equipment and instrumentation. /liliSupport the preparation of technical documentation, product specifications, and project reports. /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications /b /pulliScientific degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Science, or equivalent scientific disciplines. /liliFluent English, both written and spoken. /liliStrong interest in cosmetic formulation, product development, and laboratory activities. /li /ulpbr/ppbAttitude /b /pulliCuriosity, proactivity and passion. /liliDetail-oriented with a strong scientific mindset. /liliOrganized and capable of managing multiple activities simultaneously. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat we offer /b /pp Location: Via Valosa di Sopra n. 9 – Monza (MB) /pp Duration: initially 6 months. /pp⏰ Working hours: Full-time (38,5 hours per week), Monday to Friday (shorter hours on Friday) /pp Lavoro da remoto: 1 day per week /pp Monthly allowance: €900,00 /pp ️ Meal vouchers: €6,00 for remote working days /pp On-site Canteen. /ppbr/ppThis internship is a structured training experience designed to support entry into the professional world. /ppbr/ppThe search is open to candidates of all genders (Legislative Decree no. 198/2006) and is carried out in compliance with the provisions of Article 10 of Legislative Decree no. 276/2003. /ppbr/ppPursuant to Articles 13 and 23 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, explicit consent to the processing of personal data is required. /ppbr/p
