As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting our Full Stack Development (Frontend and Backend) and Quality Assurance teams. Your technical leadership will ensure the quality, scalability, and user experience of our e-health solutions, contributing to the digitization of healthcare management.Your Impact:* You provide technical leadership for Intermedix (and the closely related KONA/Atlas portfolio), driving the technical roadmap together with the local product organisation.* You drive AI-native product evolution — designing agents,
skills and workflows that improve clinician and patient experience.* You act as the bridge between the Italian team and the wider AIS DE engineering organisation, ensuring strong collaboration, knowledge sharing and consistency.* You coach and mentor engineers, building a strong, proactive engineering culture.Your Profile:* Several years of senior-level engineering experience in modern web/SaaS applications, with proven technical leadership.* Solid command of modern web stacks and cloud/DevOps practices.* Effective use of AI in software engineering; hands-on experience with Claude Code (agents, skills, workflows) is preferred; AI pipelines, harnesses and context engineering are a strong plus.* Strong problem solving, innovation, proactivity, healthcare-purpose alignment and entrepreneurship.* Fluent English; German appreciatedWhat you can expect from us:* Reason and purpose: We are shaping the future of e-health at the intersection of healthcare and digit
