Adecco Financial Services, a specialized Credit & Banking branch, is looking for a:
Back Office Bancario – Ufficio Reclami
for a prestigious client with a broad international scope. The resource, inserted within the complaints office, will carry out the following activities:
- Manage assigned complaints by analyzing the merits of the complaints received
- Draft written responses to complaints, primarily in the credit and loan sector
- Complete the fields of the complaints register with the required information
Candidates we would like to get in touch with possess the following requirements:
- Degree in Law/Legal Sciences (candidates with a degree in economic disciplines will also be favorably evaluated)
- Knowledge of the credit sector,
relevant legislation, and regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively both within the office and with other bank structures
- Ability to delve into issues, deduce a synthesis, and frame their possible legal implications
- Good knowledge of the Office package
Problem-solving skills and a predisposition to teamwork complete the profile. A fixed-term temporary administration contract is offered until 27/02/2027, with the possibility of extension. CCNL Credito, 3ª Area Competente - 1° Livello, Categoria Legale: Impiegato Monthly salary: €2742 gross + €7 meal vouchers Full time from Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week Availability: Full Time
