Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including storage control reports. ? Uphold and promote Armani's Values and Culture Characteristics. ? Ensure punctuality and adherence to hotel service standards at all times. ?
Handle guest inquiries both in person and over the phone with professionalism. ? Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow hotel safety procedures. ? Manage incoming and outgoing calls, including local, national, and international calls. ?
Process guest payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. ? Stay informed about special programs, hotel events, and city attractions to provide personalized recommendations to guests.
