Primary Responsibilities
Include· Develop and implement creative F&B; strategies that reflect Belmond's dedication to quality and guest satisfaction.· Oversee operational efficiency and quality control across all F&B; outlets and kitchens.· Manage budgets, financial performance, and forecasting to meet company goals.· Lead talent development initiatives to cultivate a motivated and skilled F&B; team.· Ensure compliance with health, safety,
and food hygiene regulations.· Foster relationships with key suppliers and industry partners to enhance our offerings.· Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly. Ensure the execution of Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards and action plans to improve the scores.
Requirements· Extensive experience in F&B; leadership roles, within luxury hotels or resorts of international repute.· Demonstrated success in managing high-quality F&B; outlets, including experience in staff supervision, financial management, and revenue generation.· Comprehensive understanding of luxury hospitality standards, including experience with NPS and LQA.· Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills; proven ability to build, motivate, and manage a high-performing team. xkiyazw · Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to remain calm under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and implement effective solutions.
