For our Logistics Strategic Planning & Integration Department, we are looking for a Transport Service Provider Operations Specialist to join the Transport Operations Team based in Castel San Giovanni (PC). The Transport Service Provider Operations Specialist will support Worldwide Transport Management in sourcing activities for transportation services.
Manage relationships with Carriers/Transport Service Providers regarding contract maintenance and appendices, through business reviews and operational interactions.

Monitor KPIs to ensure compliance with service and financial agreements defined with Transport Service Providers, as well as with function objectives.

Support functional compliance within the transport area on Loss Prevention, Sustainability, and Business Continuity topics.
At least 3 years of experiencein structured multinational organizations, preferably within luxury & fashion contexts
Bachelor's degree inengineering, mathematics, or economics.
Fluency in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Data-driven and analytical, comfortable with a KPI focused approach
