KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
Manage the Point of Sales Materials (including: catalogues, shoppers, displays…) from idealizing concept to physical delivery to warehouse;
Support Sr. Marketing Manager and Director in all the day-by-day activities;
Coordinate and follow packshot shootings and the creation of the catalogues
Support to retailers,
digital Wholesale partners and Sales reps in order to provide guidelines, tools and materials needed (e.g. pictures, gwp, social contents…);
Communicate with vendors, suppliers and other internal and external stakeholders;
Support in organizing all the Trade events (seasonal presentations, fairs, product launches…);
Prepare presentation for the ongoing projects and catalogues to support the sales team;
Support the implementation of the digital Marketing plan (from e-mail marketing campaigns to social ads)
Support into the realization of special store implementation (including pop-up, corners, shop-in-shop…);
Coordinate the execution of visual merchandising process (from initial brief to validation set-up).
PROFILE:
Good knowledge of Office suite;
Languages: Italian and English a must. Additional language a plus;
Able to manage priorities and respect deadlines;
Ability to manage, challenge and keep accountable external supplier
