The RoleYou will join a newly established European credit team from the outset. This is an opportunity to help build a trading function from the very start, inside an established and well resourced global manager, rather than join a desk that is already fully formed.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute trades across leveraged loans, high yield bonds and other credit instruments on behalf of the investment team.
- Work closely with brokers and counterparties to source liquidity and secure the best possible execution.
- Monitor market pricing, liquidity and trading flows across the credit market.
- Maintain accurate trade records and support settlement and operational processes.
- Build relationships with sell side desks and counterparties across the market.
- Contribute to the wider build out of the European credit platform as it grows.
About You
- Around 2-6 years of trading experience in leveraged loans, high yield bonds or broader credit markets.
- Buy side or sell side background both welcome.
- Strong understanding of credit market mechanics and trade execution. xysqume
