- Soft skills: Precision, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Attitude: Proactive and eager to grow in an international environment.
What will you do?
- Regulatory compliance: Ensure that all procedures comply with labor regulations and company policies.
- Employee support:
Answer questions about paychecks, benefits, and administrative matters.
- Reporting: Create HR reports on turnover, personnel costs, and other KPIs to support strategic decisions.
