DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE: We are looking for an ACCOUNTANT INTERN to join the Finance Europe Team,
supporting accounting and financial activities across Italy, Spain, and Switzerland. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in areas such as accounts payable, general accounting, reconciliations, audit support, and process improvement, while working in a dynamic and international environment alongside experienced finance professionals.
KEY CHALLENGES
- Support in the management and monitoring of accounts payable activities
- Support in the preparation and posting of accounting adjustment entries
- Collaboration in the management of general accounting activities, including invoice recording and account reconciliations
- Support in the preparation of documentation required for external audits and internal audit activities
- Support in verifying compliance and adequacy of financial processes in line with company policies and applicable regulations
- Contribution to the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes CORE COMPETENCIES:
- University in progress or Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- Good knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel
- Delivers in consistent way following his department priorities, respecting the deadlines
- Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good analytical skills and attention to details LANGUAGES:
- Italian mother tongue
