LEXSENTIAL Studio Legale is looking for an Accountant to join our team in Milan and support the Firm’s accounting and administrative activities.

We are looking for a reliable, accurate and well-organised professional who enjoys working in a dynamic and international professional environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

- managing day-to-day accounting records and keeping the Firm’s accounting system up to date;
- preparing and managing client billing and invoicing;
- recording and monitoring the Firm’s expenses and payments;
- monitoring outstanding invoices and client payments;
- supporting the Firm’s partners and professionals on accounting and administrative matters;
- liaising with external accountants and consultants, where required;
- providing general support in the financial and administrative management of the Firm.

The ideal candidate will have:

- previous experience in an accounting or administrative role;
- strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail;




- confidence in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- good command of both written and spoken English;
- a proactive, reliable and collaborative approach.

Previous experience within a law firm, professional services firm or similar environment will be considered an advantage.

? Location: Milan – Via Conservatorio 17

? Working arrangements: the role will be primarily office-based, with the possibility of remote working according to the Firm’s organisational needs.
