CONTRACT TYPE: SEASONAL WORK PLACE: MILAN You will be responsible for supporting the kitchen team in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes in accordance with hotel standards
IDEAL PROFILE:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen, hotel, restaurant, or catering environment preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP).
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fluent English required; knowledge of Italian is preferred.
