Role Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email,
and chat in Italian
Offer excellent customer service and problem resolution

Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with every interaction
Requirements:
Italian proficiency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written)
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required
Good communication skills, positivity, and a team-player mindset
