The Account Sales Manager – Ultrasound is responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion of GE Healthcare’s ultrasound portfolio within a defined geographic territory. This role focuses on building strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering value-based healthcare solutions that meet clinical and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve and exceed sales targets (orders, revenue, and margin) for the ultrasound product portfolio
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across public and private healthcare providers
- Build and execute strategic territory and account plans
Customer Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (clinicians, radiologists, cardiologists, administrators, procurement teams)
- Lead complex sales processes, including public tenders and high-value negotiations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Clinical & Value-Based Selling
- Promote innovative ultrasound solutions aligned with clinical pathways and patient outcomes
- Collaborate with Clinical Application Specialists to deliver impactful product demonstrations and clinical support
- Effectively communicate GE Healthcare’s value proposition and technological differentiation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, service, finance, and application teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies and product launches
- Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence
Pipeline Management & Forecasting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline through CRM tools
- Deliver reliable sales forecasts and performance reports
- Analyze territory performance and implement corrective actions when needed
