Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Work Model: Hybrid / remote work options available following initial onboarding. Benefits: Meal vouchers for every working day. Location: Milan, Italy. Annual Gross Salary (RAL): €23,000 – €26,000. Required Experience: 1+ years. Responsabilit Key Responsibilities What will you be doing? As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns for clients across various advertising platforms. Your main duties will include: Developing and implementing digital media strategies, Setting up and managing advertising campaigns, optimizing targeting and inventory allocation, Monitoring campaign performance, optimizing delivery,



and maximizing return on investment (ROI), Collaborating with cross-functional teams and preparing regular performance reports, Improving campaign planning and execution processes. Functie-eisen What profile are we looking for? 1–3 years of experience within a digital advertising agency, Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk), Proven experience in media planning and budget management, Fluent/excellent proficiency in English, Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience, Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), Knowledge of the Amazon Ads suite and its advertising console, Proficiency in automated/smart bidding strategies, Solid project management capabilities, Proficiency in additional languages (French, German, or Spanish is a plus).
