and retail concepts The Job - Ensure smooth operation of all works carried out. - Adjust tasks and schedules based on priorities and instruct best work practices. - Plan and coordinate in-house and outsourced works with timelines and execution. - Prepare and manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. - Monitor daily maintenance software entries vs. jobs completed to track staff productivity. - Investigate maintenance issues first hand and propose solutions with superiors. - Support technicians on specific jobs when needed. - Inspect facilities periodically to detect problems and maintenance needs. - Inspect and maintain building systems (e.g., HVAC, heating, cooling, ventilation). - Supervise contractors and tradespeople during installations, repairs, or maintenance. - Assist in developing and managing the maintenance budget. - Monitor inventory of materials and equipment. - Sign pur
