Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with a technical support center in South East Asia and East Africa, that provides program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world.
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager that will support support Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC). You will manage and monitor multidisciplinary construction projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective completion and compliance with technical, quality, scheduling, and safety requirements.
This position is contingent upon contract award of the contract. If awarded,



the anticipated period of performance will be approximately five years with six months potential extension.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply knowledge of construction concepts, principles, and practices applicable to multi-disciplined engineering projects, including the design, layout, and supervision of construction operations.
Review technical engineering specifications and statements of work covering complex and diverse engineering designs or changes to contract documents.
Apply construction management skills in schedule management, budget or cost management, cost-loaded schedules, and earned value reporting.
Monitor construction projects to support successful and timely completion with respect to schedule and budget.
Apply the three-phases of control and Construction Quality Management process.
Use Primavera scheduling software and/or other construction scheduling software packages, including logic networking, critical path scheduling, and cost loading.
