Who You Are:
You take ownership of store operations and team leadership, working collaboratively to drive business
performance. As Assistant Store Manager, you share responsibility for building a high-performing team,
meeting operational budgets, and developing a proactive business strategy alongside the management team.
You bring strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a positive, energetic approach to
challenges.
What You’ll Do:
People
 Inspire, lead, and coach the store team to foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
 Support recruitment, training,



and development to build a team of dedicated Michael Kors brand
ambassadors.
Sales and Service
 Lead by example on the sales floor, driving results and holding yourself and the team accountable.
 Analyze performance reports and implement action plans to exceed expectations.
 Manage the client database proactively to enhance customer engagement and increase sales.
 Collaborate on local customer events to generate additional revenue.
 Ensure consistent client communication using all available clienteling tools.
Operations
 Maintain inventory integrity through scheduled audits and bi-annual inventories.
 Utilize company communication platforms effectively and take appropriate action on updates.
