Computacenter looking for Disaster Resilience Manager is responsible for ensuring the organization can prepare for, respond to, recover from, and continue operating during disruptive events such as cyber incidents, system outages, natural disasters, or business interruptions. This role leads disaster recovery (DR), business continuity (BC), crisis management, and resilience initiatives across the organization
What you’ll do
- Maintain and govern disaster recovery documentation, including plans, runbooks, recovery procedures, and test results.
- Coordinate periodic reviews and updates of DR documentation with relevant stakeholders across IT and business units.
- Ensure DR documentation aligns with internal policies, industry standards (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34), and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely DR documentation and evidence.
- Track and report on DR governance metrics, including documentation completeness,
test coverage, and remediation status.
- Facilitate DR-related risk assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with business continuity, cybersecurity, and compliance teams to ensure integrated resilience strategies.
- Assist in the planning and documentation of DR tests and exercises, ensuring lessons learned are captured and incorporated.

- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, NIS2, DORA, or SOX.
- Experience supporting IT audits or working in a regulated industry.
- Certifications such as CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, or ITIL are a plus.
