About the Role:
As an Operations Support Technician, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of hardware across the facility. You will play a key role in ensuring equipment uptime, addressing issues promptly, and supporting operational teams to meet performance and service targets. Your work will help minimise disruptions, improve efficiency, and maintain a safe, well-functioning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and preventative maintenance on hardware and related equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware faults in a timely and methodical manner.
- Log, track, and update maintenance activities and incidents using internal systems and documentation standards.




- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to schedule maintenance and minimise downtime.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and replacement of hardware components as required.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or external vendors and support them with accurate technical information.
- Monitor equipment performance, identify recurring issues, and suggest improvements to processes or hardware usage.
- Support team members with operational queries, contributing to a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a hardware maintenance, operations support, or similar technical role.
- Strong practical skills in diagnosing and resolving hardware issues.
- Demonstrated attention to detail in following procedures, documenting work, and handling equipment.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise
