About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven
Business Development Manager
to develop new business and grow a profitable customer base across Italy & Frence. This role offers a clear pathway into leadership, providing the opportunity to progress into recruiting, training,
and coaching future Sales Representatives.
During your first
12–24 months , you will focus on mastering our sales process, building your territory, delivering strong sales results, and developing coaching and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Territory Growth
Develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
Build and grow a strong customer base through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Promote premium-value industrial maintenance solutions to B2B customers.
Use a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Leadership Development
Become an expert in the company’s sales methodology.
