We're looking for a
Financial Performance Controlling
to join our team and partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and cross-functional stakeholders in driving business performance, profitability and strategic decision-making.
You will act as a trusted finance partner, providing proactive financial insights and recommendations while supporting performance improvement, cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

The Role
You'll work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and other business functions across a variety of activities, including:
Support business leaders
in identifying and implementing performance improvement initiatives.
Develop financial analyses and business cases to support productivity and cost optimization projects.
Monitor and analyze operational KPIs,
customer profitability, product platform profitability and margin evolution.
Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning activities.
Drive cross-functional financial analysis across Manufacturing, Supply Chain and other business functions.
Lead Working Capital optimization initiatives and monitor performance against targets.
Support
monthly business performance
reviews with management teams.
Perform scenario analysis and provide financial recommendations to support business decisions.
