THE ROLE OVERVIEW
ILOS is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to take responsibility for the successful commercial delivery of renewable energy projects from late-stage development through construction, handover, and the start of operations.
The role will manage project budgets, costs, liquidity and commercial risks while ensuring projects are delivered in line with approved business cases, contractual obligations, and ILOS processes. Working closely with Development, Engineering, Procurement,
Construction, Project Finance and external partners, the Commercial Project Manager will provide clear financial oversight and support sound commercial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
TASKS
- Lead assigned projects from late-stage development through construction, commissioning, handover and the start of operations, ensuring delivery against approved timelines, budgets, liquidity requirements, and expected margins.
- Lead and coordinate the project team, ensuring clear responsibilities, regular communication, timely decisions and effective management of project milestones, risks, opportunities and lessons learned.
- Manage project budgets, CAPEX, OPEX, liquidity and guarantee requirements, maintaining accurate cost, forecast and project data in the relevant ILOS systems and tools.
