Reach out to small business owners across Italy via calls, emails, and other channels to book qualified appointments
Qualify leads by getting curious about each prospect’s business — and figuring out if SumUp is the right fit
Hand off opportunities to field sales reps with clean, well-documented notes so nothing gets lost
Keep your CRM up to date — activity, pipeline, and progress, always accurate
Hit (and beat) your weekly and monthly targets for outbound activity and appointments set

Level up constantly through coaching sessions, call reviews, and team learning
You speak Italian natively and have a working level of English for internal comms
