POSITION SUMMARY:
Manage and develop the objectives of the Surgical BU focused on Stoma Care devices (as exclusive Welland distributor for Italy). The assigned territory will be Puglia and Basilicata.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Owner of the sales process being responsible for the promotional activity on your territory.
Identify and support field sales efforts through customer needs assessment, product training, in-servicing, and required customer follow up (i.e., letters, approved product information, samples).
Constant presence and support on the field within the ambulatories.
Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
Reporting on territory sales result (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
Participate in scientific and promotional activities at all identified local, regional, and exhibitions (this may also include training and presentations).
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Educated to degree level in Healthcare with a proven equivalent work experience in the clinical specialty area, medical device sales or medical product training (as Sales representative/Territory Manager/Sales Specialist).
This role would suit an individual with a minimum of 3 years' experience selling into the Ostomy/Home Care/prescription market.
Proven knowledge and relationship with main stakeholders within the territory.
Proven written and oral English knowledge – B2 level desirable.
General proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with CRM and sales tools.
Preferably province based: Bari - BAT

Ensure that all sales activities adhere to relevant medical device industry and Company regulations and compliance standards.
