The position will require knowledge of all Zeeco products, with a focus on Vapor Control division products and relevant technical requirements.
Responsible for all aspects of assigned jobs to assure high quality products are delivered on time, within the assigned budget and satisfying the customer requirements.
Duties include coordinating with the various internal and external disciplines, develop and maintain the procurement and manufacturing schedule,
technical and commercial bid evaluations process with sub vendors, monitoring the assigned budget and handling technical and commercial correspondence as required.
Job Duties

- Review Purchase Order and confirm scope of supply based on customer specifications and sales quotation.
- Confirms equipment selection and design and perform / coordinate required disciplines.
- Coordinates drafting activities to makes sure all required drawings are completed on time. Reviews customer mark-ups, clarify the comments and instructs drafting as to disposition.
- Ensure the costs will be within the assigned budget and manage any change with the customer and the suppliers.
- Coordinate the Quality Control Department of customer / job specifications.
- Coordinates all required technical and commercial correspondence related to thejob. This includes all internal communications and all correspondence with theCustomer, end user, sales reps, and/or outside consu
