Our Team
Within the Distributors & Metering Services function, you operate in a highly interconnected environment, working closely on a daily basis with Credit, Billing, Customer Care, IT, Sales, Energy Market, and Corporate functions.
Active cooperation and the ability to build trust-based relationships are essential elements, in line with an inclusive and authentic approach. The team brings together diverse skills to manage complex processes and deliver effective operational impact.
Your Field of Play
- Manage customer requests post- acquisition processes, ensuring quality and a results-oriented approach
- Carry out activities related to the Social Bonus and support data collection for Authority investigations, applying a solid analytical approach
- Handle customer complaints, requests, and inquiries in a back-office setting, anticipating needs and delivering excellent customer outcomes
- Manage core business activities, including On-Condition Updates taking full ownership
- Develop new processes and services on the Integrated Information System (SII), fostering innovation and digitalization
- Perform analyses and KPI calculations to support internal functions, enabling
