Key Role Responsibilities:

Team Management:
- Collaborate with engineers,



and construction managers to develop comprehensive project plans and ensure delivery on schedule.
- Collaborate with any other consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, estimators, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
- Liaise with clients and other 3rd parties as required, such as insurance companies, vendors, etc.
- Develop comprehensive scope-of-works (SoW), task information deliverables lists (TIDP), and responsibility matrices (R&R;/ RACI) for CSA disciplines.
- Raise any design-related risks to planning, commercial and management, and establish a course to minimise their impact.
- Maintain accurate records of key design activities (e.g. changes, issues) as they arise and elevate to management as appropriate.
- Assist the Central Engineering and site teams with proactive contributions to construction and team matters.
